Characteristics of the Zwilling Pro kitchen knives

Zwilling Pro blade

The blades of the Zwilling Pro knives are made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. This is a technique perfected by Zwilling that ensures that the most is made of the features of the steel. As such you end up with knives that excel in terms of sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.

Zwilling Pro Handle

The handle is made from top-quality plastic. The steel of the blade runs throughout the handle, the so-called 'full-tang' construction. As such the knife is rock-solid. The scales are seamlessly secured to the handle with three rivets; very hygienic. These knives are enhanced with a classic design and appeal to those who prefer heavier knives.

Zwilling Pro maintenance

The kitchen knives from the Zwilling Pro collection are easy to sharpen. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone. Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Pro collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.
