Miyabi by Zwilling knives: Japanese crafsmanship and German reliability

Ultimate sharpness, irresistible design and perfect ergonomics. It is exactly this combination that makes the Miyabi knives of such high quality. These knives are the ultimate combination of German reliability and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The knives are made in Seki, the knife capital of Japan. The blades are of a very high HRC hardness. The combination of the hardness of the steel and an extremely thin cutting edge ensures the ultimate sharpness. It'll be hard to find kitchen knives that are delivered as sharp as the Miyabi knives.
