The **MKM Isonzo FX03-2PBL Cleaver Blue FRN** is a solid knife, designed by Jesper Voxnaes and made by Fox Knives. You can clearly see Voxnaes' design style in this knife. The flowing lines, the comet-shaped thumb hole and the striking backspacer with lanyard hole are all great examples. The lanyard hole is extra large, so you can easily attach the knife to a carabiner. Not only does this make the knife perfect for everyday carry, but it's also ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and mountain climbers who want to attach their knife to their gear. Because of its small size, the Isonzo is also perfect as a back-up knife or for use in those places where you don't want to attract too much attention.



The Isonzo comes in many shapes and sizes. This version of the Isonzo has a sheepsfoot/cleaver blade. This blade shape is perfect for a diverse range of tasks where you need a good, straight edge. This includes cutting cardboard or preparing food, for example. The blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. This is a good-quality steel that retains its sharpness well.


The handle of the MKM Isonzo is made from FRN (fibre-reinforced nylon). This material is super strong, and can be used in all weather conditions. The Isonzo has a deep-carry wire pocket clip. This allows you to discreetly carry the knife in your pocket.



## What are the origins of MKM Knives?


MKM is a cooperation between Viper, LionSteel, Fox and Mercury. These are four masters working in the Italian knife industry. It is no coincidence that they all come from the city of Maniago in northern Italy. This is the knife capital of Southern Europe. In fact, MKM stands for Maniago Knife Makers. This MKM Isonzo is made by Fox Knives.
