Carbon fibre scales for the Spyderco Shaman

These **Flytanium Spyderco Shaman Scales** are very good aftermarket accessories for the Spyderco Shaman. They are well-fitting scales made by the experts at Flytanium. These scales have screw holes for the pocket clip for tip-up right-handed use. 


These scales are made from carbon fibre. Nice and light-weight and sleek in terms of look and feel.

## Tips when installing


Adding new scales or other accessories isn't without risk! Always use fitting screwdrivers and never force anything to prevent damage to screws or scales. We prefer to add a piece of a plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Carefully heat them with a hairdryer or tap the back of the screwdriver to break the loctite. 


Also check the warranty conditions of the manufacturer: for some brands the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. You add the scales at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or accessory.

Very nicely done. I like the fact there’s only holes drilled for right hand tip up carry. Missing the lanyard hole though, which I would have preferred. I believe if you ordered directly from Flytanium you can specify exactly how there drilled & finished.
I’m happy enough with them though. Would definitely recommend.
