The CRKT Minimalist Bowie Cthulhu 2387Ot is an extremely ergonomic neck knife, designed by Alan Folts. When you look at the Minimalist you immediately notice the handle. The finger grooves take care of a comfortable three-finger grip. Your little finger leans on the lanyard to make sure you can control the Minimalist with your entire hand. The spine of the blade is enhanced with jimping for your thumb. These are small grip serrations to make sure you have more control.

I was looking for a new knife and had decided to get a neck knife. I have custom made knives along with Mora's and Military knives so was looking for something a little different. When this came I was really surprised at the amazing quality of the knife. I love the way this fits in my hand and it also feels really secure when I'm using it. The blade came sharpend to within an inch of its life so no blade fettling needed. I wasn't sure about the blades shape for food prep but it was fantastic. It was also great at making my pegs. I so love this little knife and it will be coming with me on every camp. Oh and the handle glows in the dark. It may not be great for people with large hands but I don't care as I have small hands and some times struggle with a bulky handled knife 😊
