You use this **Wüsthof carving knife 20 cm** to cut meat. The blade is slightly thinner and narrower than the chef's knife. As such you can work accurately.

The Wüsthof Crafter lives up to its name. They are true workers knives. The handle is made from smoked oak and therefore water resistant. Preferably clean the knives by hand and do not put them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher could namely affect the beautiful, dark colour of the wood or the sharpness of the blade. The handle feels great in hand and the half crop allows you to use the entire blade. The weight is also extremely low for a chef's knife, only 120 grams. The scales are attached with brass rivets for an authentic character.
