Like the larger version this chef's knife is a real all-rounder. Perfect when cutting vegetables, meat and fish. But also when chopping herbs, crushing peppercorns and peeling garlic cloves.

Expectations
Love using this knife: it feels great in the hand, has a nice weight, blade is long/wide enough for multiple uses but not unweildy, quality very good and most importantly for a knife sharpness is superb from box and easy to maintain. Find myself being more creative in my recipes just so I can cut more ingredients.
