## Use Wüsthof sharpening stones

You need to submerge this stone before use. As soon as all bubbles have disappeared you can start using the stone. Make sure the stone stays wet as you use it. After use, allow the stone to dry at room temperature. Don't place it in a hot sun, or on the heater! This could leave behind cracks.
