Full description

This Tojiro Atelier Wenge bunka is enhanced with a kengata blade. This stands for 'sword-like' and refers to the sudden sharply sloping end of the blade. Other than that, the knife can be regarded as a member of the santoku family. The narrow tip is ideal for finely cutting meat, fish and vegetables. Please note: this knife is not suited to cut through bones.
