The **Spyderco Chinook 4** is a large and solid pocket knife, designed by James A. Keating. This expert in the field of different martial arts has, once again, introduced an amazing knife with this fourth generation of the Chinook.


The blade on the Chinook 4 is large and striking. The *upswept* shape with large belly makes it perfect for a number of different tasks. From preparing food to hunting. The handle is very large and made from G10. Users with large hands or anyone who loves to wear gloves can definitely easily use this knife.


You open the CPM S30V steel blade with the large thumb hole. When opened the blade is kept in place by the unique lock: the Powelock, a version of the backlock, where an additional part has been placed in between the spring and the blade. As a result the Powerlock is significantly stronger than the traditional backlock.
