Full description
The Sakai Takayuki Homura Guren nakiri is a hand-forged and hand-sharpened Japanese kitchen knife. The knife is made in Sakai, Japan by master blacksmith Itsuo Doi. This Edo-style nakiri has a relatively rounded edge that allows you to make a bit of a rocking movement. That is not possible with most nakiris. As a result, in addition to dicing vegetables, the knife is also great for finely chopping herbs.
