Incredible knife, came very quickly. My friend whom I gifted it was thrilled as she is herself a chef. It's a beautiful knife, extremely satisfying to hold. Unsure how precise the knife is but so far, she cut her onions for Christmas dinner and she was thrilled. Must know how to maintain and take care of it!!
