The Robert Herder 1922 series pays homage to the rich history of the Robert Herder company, with its modern interpretation of a model that was born way back in 1922. The knife is sharpened to an ultra-thin grind according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. This makes the knife an absolute pleasure to use.
