The **MKM Cellina** is a modern slipjoint, designed by Lucas Burnley. The Fara offers you an elegant combination between classic features such as the familiar slipjoint, but is, at the same time, complemented by a top-quality finish and sleek, modern lines.

 Designer Burnley added a pointed tip to the blade. The blade is enhanced with a cut-out that offers you enough traction to make sure you easily open the knife with two hands. MKM chose Böhler M390 steel for this knife. This is a type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is incredibly wear-resistant. It is also very stainless. One of the most popular choices at the moment. When opened a slipjoint will neatly keep it open. And yet you can still easily close it: it only offer resistance, not a lock. As such you can legally carry it with you almost anywhere.

 MKM selected anodized titanium for the handle. A type of material you don't often come across on slipjoints. The coloured collar around the pivot is also remarkable for a knife such as this.

 The MKM Fare comes in a leather sheath with belt loop. This belt loop has a magnetic closure. The leather is nice and supply to make sure you can also carry it as a slip sheath in your pocket.

 ## Where does MKM Knives come from?

 MKM is a cooperation between Viper, LionSteel, Fox and Mercury. Four masters working in the Italian knife industry. It is no coincidence that they all come from the city: Maniago, northern Italy. The knife capital of the south of Europe. MKM stands for Maniago Knife Makers. This MKM Fara is made by Mercury.
