The **Liong Mah KUF EDC 3.0** is a compact version of the Liong Mah KUF V2 Kitchen Utility Folder. A large pocket knife, designed as a foldable kitchen knife. The KUF EDC is, in terms of shape and function, almost identical to its bigger brother. Because of its smaller size it is better suited for daily use. The flat-grind blade is very thin behind the edge. As such it is easy to use. Take it with you to peel an apple, use it as a steak knife or to open a box.

You can easily open the KUF EDC 3.0 with the royal thumb hole. Because of the ball bearings it will open quickly. Once opened a solid framelock ensures that your fingers are safe. A cool detail is that the carbon fibre scale was milled out as such that it also functions as a backspacer. This truly reduces the amount of parts! And it looks great!

The blade is made from Elmax steel. An extremely wear and tear resistant type of steel that retains its sharpness for a long time. The shape of the blade might remind you of a K-tip kitchen knife. The end can freely cut over a cutting board, without hitting the handle or the thick part of the blade as would occur with different knives.
