The **Farfalli Gulliver Inox S103.BC Bocote Wood** is a stylish Italian sommelier knife made of stainless steel with a handle made of elegant bocote wood. This sommelier knife works using a two-stage lever mechanism that allows you to effortlessly pull the cork from the bottle in two simple steps. This sommelier knife includes a bottle opener, capsule cutter and a corkscrew. 

## Farfalli Gulliver Inox materials

The handle is made from stainless steel, with a fancy inlay made of bocote wood. The capsule cutter and spiral are made of hardened, stainless AISI 420 steel for additional durability. The lever is made of stainless steel with a nice, satin finish. 

## How to use a Farfalli sommelier knife

Remove any dust or moisture on the outside of the bottle to prevent slipping. Then use the capsule cutter to cut away the capsule around the neck. Put the bottle on the table, place the spiral in the centre of the cork and twist it gently. Don't turn the spiral down too far! This might cause the cork to tear. Instead, place the lever on the rim of the bottle and gently pull out the cork. With 2-step sommelier knives, you will then place the second part of the lever around the neck of the bottle to remove the cork in its entirety.
