The **CRKT Directive** is a functional pocket knife, designed by Matthew Lerch. For this design he became inspired by tactical knives. Fully covered in black and tough lines: something you will immediately notice. And yet this knife is much more versatile than simply great for tactical use. It is a real all-rounder. Due to the large finger groove just before the flipper you can take hold of it in the front. As such you have a lot of control over the blade.




The blade is made from 8Cr14MoV steel. Stainless and easy to sharpen. The nicely curved plunge line is a great detail for a knife in this range. You open the Directive with the flipper. The blade will shoot from the handle and will move smoothly thanks to the ball bearings. When opened a liner lock makes sure the blade stays in place. The handle is made from FRN: glass-reinforced nylon. Light-weight and rock-solid. You can wear the pocket clip in four different ways. As such it is truly a friend to all.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
