The Condor Kondoru Nakiri, CTK5001-7.0 is a sturdy kitchen knife that is mainly suitable for chopping vegetables, fruit and other soft ingredients. With its 2.85 millimetre blade, it can cut through even the thickest carrots! However, the Condor Kondoru Nakiri is not intended as a chopping knife! Too much chopping can cause irreparable damage to the edge.

Expectations
Not sure if I’m missing something here. Maybe I’m doing something wrong…. Bought this as a gift for someone who does a lot of Cooking and it was used only once as it’s pretty useless. The £5 knife from the supermarket we have is sharper and better for cutting. A lot of money for a lump of metal. Am I supposed to sharpen it ?!?! Knifes and tools direct are great as the order was delivered quickly with ease.
