Has your endless search for the right chef's knife become dull?

When you think of Zwilling, you think about the Four Star series! Since its introduction in 1976, these knives belong to the most popular series in the whole wide world. Even today they are as relevant as when they first came out. It is not that strange because well-known professional chefs are involved with development. Like many other Zwilling series, the steel that is used for the Four Star is ice-hardened Friodur steel. The laser-cut edge is absolutely razor-sharp. The seamless handle, which is made out of exceptionally high-quality plastic, is very comfortable to handle.

Fijn mes, is goed scherp uit de fabriek en ligt lekker in de hand. Dit was een cadeau, ik heb hem al een jaar of zeven, gaat elk jaar naar de slijper maar is nog nauwelijks kleiner.

Mes tijdig ontvangen. Weggegeven als kado. zelf de 20 cm in gebruik bevalt prima.vooral de goede balans/gewichtsverhouding is prettig.

Uitstekend mes dat multifunctioneel inzetbaar is.

Zeer goed koksmes.. Snijd perfect, ligt ook perfect in de hand.
Het mes had misschien een klein beetje meer gewicht mogen hebben voor sommige mensen, maar voor mij zeer goed!
