With a Work Sharp system, you can sharpen pretty much anything.

With the **Work Sharp Ceramic Honing Rod** you can keep all your kitchen knives razor-sharp. The fine ceramic particles in this sharpening rod keep a sharp knife sharp. Use this honing rod regularly for best results. 

Because the honing rod is made from fine ceramic particles, it doesn't remove much material. This gives a razor-sharp result, but isn't suitable for sharpening a very blunt kitchen knife. Are your kitchen knives really blunt? Then we recommend a coarse sharpening stone or a diamond-coated sharpening steel.

## Work Sharp ceramic honing rod with angle guides

There are angle guides on both sides of the sharpening rod between the handle and the sharpening rod. These angle guides help you sharpen at a fixed angle of 20°. Place your knife against the angle guide and then hold this angle while sharpening. Watch the video next to the product images to see how to use the angle guides.

## How to use the Work Sharp ceramic honing rod

Place the rubber tip of the honing rod on a counter, table, or other flat surface. Position the knife with the side of the blade against one of the two angle guides. Gently push the blade downwards while pulling the blade towards you. Make sure you also sharpen the tip well. Then run the other side of the blade along the honing rod. Keep switching sides while sharpening until the blade is sharp.

Impeccable pour un entretient des couteaux de la cuisine. quelques passages sur le fusil et ils sont de nouveau tranchants et prêts à l'emploi. L'angle inclus permet d'être constant.
Je recommande, d'autant plus qu'il ne coute pas vraiment cher, c'est du bon matériel.

Het doet wat het moet. Zoals altijd snelle afhandeling en levering. 

Fusil très bien pensé, on est certain de conserver le bon angle, suggestion: un petit fourreau pour protéger la céramique ne serait pas inutile.

Comme l’ensemble des produits worksharp, produit bien pensé et qualité appréciable, beaucoup plus grand que prévu mais du coup convient aussi bien pour les petits que les grands couteaux
