The **WE Knife Banter 2004** is a compact and practical EDC knife, designed by Ben Petersen. In the pocket knife community Ben is also known as [@ben_banters](https://www.instagram.com/ben_banters/) with his saying *What iiiiisss up guys!* He designed this version of the Banter as a pocket knife that shouldn't look like any other pocket knife, for one of his projects. People asked him why he didn't release that unique knife. A cooperation with WE Knife was sought after, and now it is here: the WE Knife Banter.

With a 7.4 cm blade, the Banter is quite modest in terms of size. Not small, simply compact. You have a good grip on the stunning handle made from cuibourtia wood. It looks friendly, so you can carry it with you throughout the day, wherever you go. You can easily open it with the thumb stud, and a solid liner lock locks the blade when opened. 

You can discreetly and safely carry the knife in your pocket with the deep-carry pocket clip. As the name suggests, a deep-carry pocket clip keeps the knife deep in your pocket, so it is less noticeable. The blade is made from American CPM S35VN. A premium choice that is incredibly popular because of its user-friendliness. It retains its sharpness well, is easy to sharpen and corrosion resistant.

Bonne ergonomie originale. Ouverture ambidextre appréciée.

Aus meiner Sicht ein sehr schönes Messer, welches gut verarbeitet ist und einen großen Griffbereich hat. Die Klinge sitzt absolut mittig und wird mit scharf geschliffener Klinge geliefert.
Der Stahl S35VN ist ein hochwertiger Stahl, der sicherlich den sportlichen Preis des Messers rechtfertigt.
Grundsätzlich sind die Messer zu hochpreisig geworden.

Très jolie petit couteau. les finitions sont top et il est très agréable à utiliser 

Super mes en super staal. Hij is kleiner dan verwacht maar zeker een goed formaat. Top mes dit.

En knivesandtools was geweldig as always.

J'avais déjà le modèle avec un manche en micarta. Avec le manche en bois, il est plus élégant, et les tétons d'ouverture couleur bronze se marient très bien avec la couleur du manche. Un "petit grand" couteau, qui ne prend que peu de place mais qui permet d'effectuer des tâches étonnamment importantes au vu de sa taille.
