Overall this is an educational play knife tool that allows a young child (greater than 3 years of age) to explore the moving elements and tools within a swiss army style plastic knife. It's got the essential moving features that a child will expect. Children love "knife games" - naming the individual tools and unfolding the one by one in turn helps get children to a good place in terms of mechanical knowledge and dynamics and hand/eye coordination.
