The **Robert Herder red straight classic 1966 peeling knife** follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This peeling knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. You can also use it to cut fish and meat. The polypropylene plastic handle offers excellent grip. The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife.

Dit is een classic en die moet je gewoon in je keuken la hebben liggen. Het gemak van de kwaliteit is dat hij in de vaatwasser kan. Verder top mes.
