The **Real Steel Bushcraft III Convex 3726C** is a robust, and amazingly priced bushcraft knife. Real Steel definitely kept the shapes nice and subtle. No unnecessary frills: a good and simple knife. The grind is a remarkable addition: many knives in this price range are not enhanced with a convex grind. It is namely difficult and time-consuming to apply. At Real Steel they prove that they are very capable of applying this grind. The convex edge is perfect to use and very strong. An interesting choice, especially for this price.



The blade is made from D2 steel. A tough and decent type of steel that retains its sharpness well, won't break easily and is also easy to sharpen. You do need to be careful with acids, salt and moisture: D2 is not completely stainless. We, however feel that this hardly outweighs the advantages of this tough type of steel. The spine of the blade is relatively sharp at the edges. As such it is easy to scrape tinder or use a firesteel.



The handle is made from G10. The texture of the G10 gives you additional grip and the shape of the handle is designed as such that you can use it for a long period of time. It is the result of the slightly square, but mostly round handle. As such you won't be bothered by hot spots during long-term use.



With an outdoor knife such as this the way you carry it with you is just as important. For that reason Real Steel includes a sleek leather sheath.

Perfect made and convex for this price, great!

Degelijk mes voor de prijs, wel enkele minpunten: 
- De greepschalen hebben scherpe hoeken en daardoor heb je wel wat ‘hotspots’ in je palm. 
- Het gat voor de lanyard/ paracord is erg scherp en lijkt niet afgewerkt. Dan schuurt je koord zo door. 

Bon couteau fixe, solide, bien fini et efficace

Excellent couteau pour le prix. Super prise en main, costaud, efficace.
L’émouture convexe est très solide, mais je regrette une émouture plate qui aurait été plus polyvalente (tailler le bois plus précisemment, cuisiner). Ce couteau c’est surtout pour bouriner, batonnage, etc. Je n’avais pas bien anticipé les inconvénients de ce type d’émouture.

Great knife in a good steel for the price. 
Using the worksharp fix angle sharpner it has taken an amazing and scary sharp edge!
Deep sheath carry with minimal chance of it falling out.
My only gripe was the side edges of the handle by the choil was quite sharp and would have been uncomfortable for prolonged use out of the box. Under five minutes with a bit of 1000 grit sand paper sorted it out.
Would recommend buying one for camping/ bushcraft/ field butchery
