Nitecore’s P12 is a torch that literally outshines many other torches. A torch with a maximum light output of 1000 lumens in this size is hard to find. Combined with a throw of 232 metres, this torch yields enough light in virtually all situations. In addition to four light modes, this little gem features a strobe mode, an SOS mode and a beacon mode. The tactical switch also has a momentary-on mode, which switches the torch on when pressed halfway down. The side switch allows users to select the desired brightness modes. This switch also includes a blue LED, which displays the battery voltage.  
  


The P12 has an intelligent memory function, which ensures that the torch reverts to its most recent mode, even if this is the strobe mode. This feature makes the P12 really popular, especially with security guards and other security personnel, for instance. This memory function does not work with either the SOS or the beacon mode.  
  


The Nitecore P12 is powered by 2 x CR123A batteries or one 18650 battery (Button Top). The P12 comes complete with holster, steel pocket clip with titanium coating, lanyard, and a spare O-ring and rubber boot switch.

Al oud zijnde niet op de hoogte van het bestaan van deze zaklampen. Aan de hand van de enthousiaste beschrijvingen er eentje gekocht, de Nitecore P12 met accu en oplader. Kostte wel iets maar een totaal andere lamp dan de mij bekende '"gewone"" zaklampen.Ben totaal verrast door de lichtopbrengst en geboden verschillende instellingen, schijnt 300mtr ver weg lijkt het wel en geeft licht als een zoeklicht!! Geweldige lamp  van de aanbiedingen op dat gebied. Geniet er elke dag van! Geboden service ook ouderwets goed en snel.

Een geweldig lampje. En makkelijk te bedienen. Geen gefrunnik met knopjes op een gekke plek. Aan/uit is 1. Lichtopbrengst is een andere knop. Ben wel zo dom geweest om maar 1 oplaadbare batterij er bij te kopen. 2 is beter . . . Maar ja, eigen schuld, dikke bult.

Bij aanschaf wist ik niet goed wat ik van deze lamp kon verwachten. De duidelijke uitleg over het aantal lumen op de website nam mijn laatste twijfels weg. Wat een geweldige zaklamp is dit. Hij past echt in je binnenzak en produceert echt een enorme bak licht, met precies de juiste focus. Echt een aanrader, zeker in combi met accu en lader.

So klein und doch nur von Riesenmonsterlampen zu übertreffen. Sie übertrifft unsere vom Bund zur Verfügung gestellte Lampe bei weitem. Leicht zu tragen und ausdauernd. Ideal für die Ladungskontrolle von Lkw's. Ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.
