When I received this product it became apparent that there was a problem with the plastic sheath retaining the knife itself. When the sheath was turned upside down and shaken gently the knife came tumbling out - quite ironic when you consider this is a safety knife! I immediately card Knives & Tools and related the issue, they promised they would look into it and get back to me..... 48 hours later and I still hadn't heard anything back. I then oultined my concern in the Mora Facebook group and received a very swift response from a gentleman at Mora telling me that this wasn't the expected performance of the knife / sheath and offered some tips on how to resolve it (as did other members of the FB group). I then decided to chase the lack response from Knives & Tools and received an apology, but still no actual response to the issue. I eventually 'did' receive a response stating that I could return the knife if I wanted to - which of course I was already aware of as it's usually a right when 'distance buying' - all-in-all a lazy response from K&T in my opinion. Whilst the knife / sheath retention issue is now resolved (although let's be honest, it shouldn't be an issue in the first place) the actual knife itself seems to be poorly manufacture. The spine of the blade is very poorly machine with various lumps and bumps being visible and the actually edge of the knife itself shows numerous parallel marks in the blade which I assume are part of the machining process (which I'm pretty sure should be removed during the manufacturing process). Not a great shopping experience overall.
