This was bought as a Christmas present for my partner, when he got around to opening it for use, he found that a screw was missing which meant that it could not be used. He emailed the company informing them and they said they would send the missing part out, but almost 6 months later and still nothing, they aren't even replying to his emails now. We are now left with a fairly expensive item that is useless. If this had been rectified then this would have been a 5 star review, i would not recommend using this company. They have no interest in helping the customer once that product has been sold.

The Lansky Professional is easy to set up and use.There are tutorial clips on the web that one can use to gain knowledge and tips on how to use correctly. Good product, made in USA.
