Bought as a gift for someone, it's a little larger than my own Hultafors axe, but should suit the recipient. There are well made, beautifully crafted with a nice hickory handle, it represents great value for money and I'd happily buy again

I use it for many times,it's a lovely axe for the most camping tasks.

I am not an expert axe man but it looks and feels great in the hand. Some people have said they rub down the handle and stain. I think the finish on the handle aids grip whilst swinging. Having said that the bulbous heal on the handle means if it slips you wouldn't have it fly out of your hand. Just need to find a wood now!! Only joshing.
