The **Gerber Pledge Lichen Green** is an inexpensive, slim and ready-to-use pocket knife that will earn its place in your pocket in no time. The reverse tanto blade shape of the blade is not only tough, but it also allows for easy piercing of a packet and the straight cut is ideal for making long, straight cuts.




The Gerber Pledge 1067370 Grey, Stainless Black, pocket knife is a hefty EDC knife in the colour black. With its blade length of 9 cm, it's especially suited for demanding cutting tasks. This is not a compact knife! When closed, it measures 11.5 cm in length and it weighs 90 g.



You can easily open the Gerber Pledge 1067370 Grey, Stainless Black, pocket knife with one hand using the thumb stud. This knife runs on phosphor bronze washers, ensuring the knife runs smoothly. Once opened, the liner lock ensures that the blade is locked and won't unintentionally snap shut.



## Blade made of 7Cr17MoVsteel
The blade is made of 7Cr17MoV. That sounds like quite the mouthful, but it's actually simple. It is a stainless steel, it is easy to sharpen, it offers good sharpness retention and, above all, it's budget-friendly. In the US, 7Cr17MoV is also known as 440A steel.



The blade is enhanced with a coating. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not specified which type of coating has been applied, however, what we do know is that a coating generally protects against corrosion. However, it is always possible for the coating to start showing traces of use after a while, such as scratches. This is normal wear and tear that gives your knife character.



## Handle made of GFN
The handle of the Gerber Pledge 1067370 Grey, Stainless Black, pocket knife is made of GFN and measures 11.5 cm in length. GFN stands for 'Glass-Filled Nylon'. In that sense, it is pretty much the same as FRN (Fibre-Reinforced Nylon). These terms are also used interchangeably. Basically, GFN is a nylon-based plastic that has been reinforced with glass fibres for extra strength and durability.

Un coltello che sorprende per qualità e funzionalità

Ho acquistato questo coltello recentemente e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative sotto ogni aspetto. Per la fascia di prezzo, i materiali utilizzati sono davvero ottimi: solidi, durevoli e ben rifiniti. La meccanica è impeccabile, con un'apertura fluida e precisa, che trasmette una sensazione di affidabilità ogni volta che lo si utilizza.

Il filo della lama è eccellente e rimane intatto anche dopo un uso intenso. Un altro dettaglio che ho particolarmente apprezzato è la texture del manico, bella da guardare e piacevole al tatto.

Questo brand, ancora una volta, si conferma una garanzia di qualità. Il coltello, oltre a essere funzionale, è anche esteticamente molto bello e, grazie al suo design compatto, una volta riposto in tasca è praticamente impercettibile.

In conclusione, un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Consiglio assolutamente questo prodotto a chi cerca un coltello valido, bello e pratico ad un costo accessibile.

I bought 2 one for me and one for a friend. It looks nice and its great for the value. Also cuts pretty well and its easy to use while doing it. The only thing that was harder to get used to was opening it, apart from the rest its an awesome knife to have.

Oh and it dits great in pockets

Overall a good little knife for the money, I think the design looks great and with a little sharpening the blade is decently sharp.
