I received a replacement for the pruning shears that had originally come with damaged packaging. I am very impressed with the company response to my issue. It was dealt with promptly and courteously by the customer service department. I would definitely purchase from this company again, and highly recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Excellent product. Very sharp. Best one I have ever purchased. I would advise buying the protective pouch to keep it safe and secure while being used and secure when not in use.
