Bought after a look look through various knife sharpening YouTube videos and reviews. Expensive product, but after going through a selection of knives, it has done a top job on taking all the knives back into a useful condition with a minimal learning curve. Quick delivery and great selection on the website, will certainly be my first call for future knife related purchases.

I find it very well made and the stones are excellent. My friend has bought the clone model and it is not well made and the stones are rubbish. You get what you pay for. The Edge Pro Apex 3 will last due to the quality of construction..

Simple but effective, my knives are now better than the factory edge . Its not a cheap product but if used properly you wont be dissapionted.

Great quality product, the stones are very good and will last a long time. Have sharpened a few knives now and with a bit of practice I'm now able to get fantastic results.

I bought this after a lot of research and am very pleased. After watching various videos on the internet, and on my first attempt, I brought a neglected JA Henckles kitchen knife to paper-slicing sharpness in 15 minutes only going up to the 600 stone. Since then I have sharpened all my Global kitchen knives, including the 1000 stone, and they perform amazingly well. Highly recommended product with good service from K&T, 2 days to ship to the UK with detailed online tracking.

An incredible knife sharpener. I've spent years trying to refine my sharpening technique, both freehand and using a Spyderco Sharpmaker. This device blows both away - the consistency of the bevel angle is exceptional, and better-than-factory sharpness is easily achieved. True, the device is not cheap, but it is certainly an excellent investment, and I also really appreciate the quality of the engineering and the thoughtful design. Wish I had bought one sooner! The 1000 grit stone leaves a very shiny finish, not quite a mirror polish - but that's absolutely fine with me.
