A Great all round knife for the money so delighted with my purchase. Knife finish is good, cutting edge excellent- (see end note), well able to pass the finly sliced paper test. A good example of how sharp a good knife should be, makes my job of prepong meat and vegetables in the home at meal times much easier, quicker and safer. Handle is comfortable, well finished and looks good. Knife itself is well balanced and weighted. Not too heavy and not overly light. I expect this knife to last well and be a keeper in my home kitchen. Only one slight flaw spoiled my delight at receiving this knife.....the cutting edge about two inches/ 50mm from the tip had come into contact with something hard and had damaged the fine cutting edge. A little disappointed but overall a very good knife....yours will probably be perfect I expect.
