Nice looking knife, it is sharp and cut's well, but it's a bit(a couple of cm) short to make a slice of bread in one go

I'm really happy with this knife, it shows how diabolically bad my old one was! Maybe this isn't the 'best' knife on the planet and I've never heard of Eden before but the price is fair, the edge is sharp and it doesn't throw crumb out as you cut. Very highly recommended!
