I seasoned the pan 3x in the oven. Used it 2 times so far, fillet mignon was perfect! I also did some stir fry. Quite non stick so far, but I need to use it more to get more seasoning...

The pan is amazing, but bear in mind that it is very heavy, but that’s also good for the longevity of the pan! Knivesandtools were amazing. De Buyer does not deliver directly to Bulgaria, but Knivesandtools does. The delivery was very quick and I had no issues at all. Not to mention that the delivery was also free!
