Best money that I have ever spent on a pan , seasoning is coming along nicely , Cooking steaks and burgers is now a dream , I'm getting restaurant quality steak at supermarket prices , It takes a little work to get the seasoning right and I used avacado oil which is brilliant , and the best thing is that if you go wrong you can scrub it clean and start again , one thing to not is that this is a heavy pan .
