Overall, I know these shovels are great. I have purchased a few now. However my handle has already cracked on this one and I haven't even used it properly which is a bit shocking... These things happen I suppose 

Sturdy and well made. Can be used for chopping as well as digging. It’s a little hard to split wood with but it can be done. Fun and indestructible tool.

This is what you want in your kit. Hard wearing, functional, robust and easy to use. Works as an axe as well. Small enough to fit in rugsack and can be used as long as you want. Dakota for pit, Fijian earth oven or any thing else you can think of. Overall outstanding piece of kit.
