Full description
The Twin Cuisine knives have full tang blade, which means the blade runs entirely through the handle. In this award-winning design, the blade runs horizontally through the black plastic handle. The handle is seamless and is attached to the blade without rivets. The handle feels very comfortable. The crop of the blade gives a good balance and protects your index finger which falls behind the curve and will not accidentally go towards the edge of the knife.
