The **Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC105 kiritsuke chef's knife** is an outspoken Japanese kitchen knife. The kiritsuke was designed as a versatile knife for preparing different Asian dishes. A kiritsuke is a mixture of a nakiri and a yanagiba Or a vegetable knife and a sashimi knife. The long blade and pointed tip are perfect when cutting wafer-thin slices of meat, fish and vegetables. The perfect knife when you are looking for a kitchen knife to prepare different Asian dishes.

## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC105 fish bone damast

The polished blade is made from 67 layers of damascus steel with a Japanese VG10 steel core. VG10 steel is known for being rock-solid, but is also easy to sharpen. The blade is enhanced with a fish bone damascus pattern. 

At least as special is the way the blade is sharpened. This knife is namely enhanced with a flat grind with a convex edge instead of a traditional V-edge. ## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC105 handle

The handle is at least as remarkable as the blade. The wood in the middle of the handle is made from luxurious rosewood. . A red-brown coloured type of wood with a deep and wavy pattern. The knife is enhanced with a pommel and bolster (both ends of the knife) made from buffalo horn. Placed in between the wood and buffalo horn you will find sheets made from a silver-nickel alloy.
