The **Urban Famer santoku** has a 17 cm blade enhanced with dimples. As such vegetables and potatoes won't stick to the blade. The santoku is a versatile kitchen knife that is perfect when cutting, crushing and scooping meat, fish and vegetables. 

 ## Urban Farmer handle

 The wonderfully fragrant handle is made from sustainably grown and thermally treated beech wood. The handle is extremely robust and waterproof. The crop in between the blade and the handle is made from anti-slip rubber to make sure the knife feels safe and secure in hand, even during wet circumstances.

 ## Urban Farmer blade

 The carbon steel blade is forged from one piece of steel and has a hardness of 58 Rockwell. The blade is sharpened with laser precision to end up with ultimate sharpness.
