This Wüsthof Silverpoint chef's knife is the ideal kitchen knife for the hobby chef. The blade is of stainless steel X50CrMoV15- and the ergonomically designed handle is of high-quality synthetic plastic. This means that the blades can be placed in the dishwasher, but we do not recommend that.
