Full description
Cutting a tomato without crushing it is only possible with a real tomato knife. This Wüsthof Gourmet tomato knife 14 cm is enhanced with small serrations to make sure you can easily cut a tomato. You can, however, also use this knife to cut other types of vegetables. The front of the blade is enhanced with two pointed tips, to make sure you grab the cut slices.

A great serving knife for cheeses...I don't need a heavy bolster for this knide and it works perfectly for its chosen purpose.
