This **Wüsthof sausage knife/tomato knife** is, as the name already suggests, designed to cut sausage and tomatoes. You can, however, also use the serrated blade to cut fruit, bread, cheese and other hard products. A versatile, small knife!


The Wüsthof Crafter lives up to its name. They are true workers knives. The handle is made from smoked oak and therefore water resistant. Preferably clean the knives by hand and do not put them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher could affect the beautiful, dark colour of the wood or the sharpness of the blade. The handle feels great in hand and the half crop allows you to use the entire blade. The weight is also extremely low for a chef's knife, only 120 grams. The scales are attached with brass rivets for an authentic character.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
