Full description
This blade of this Wüsthof Classic vegetable knife is enhanced with a remarkably shaped blade. It looks a little like a boning knife, but one with a small 7 cm blade. This knife is perfect when cutting difficult pieces of meat or difficult to reach parts of larger vegetables. With this knife price cuts are possible where long knives or even hands can get in the way. Because the blade is nice and short you can easily work from your wrist which is great for the accuracy.

Great, sharp little knife, I use it for small intricate jobs were you can't get in with a bigger blade. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with a blade guard, seeing as the handle is longer and therefore heavier, the knife will not sit on my magnetic knife stand.
