This**Wüsthof Classic Ikon White chef's knife** is a real eye-catcher which makes cutting real fun. This knife has all characteristic features you would expect from a Wüsthof kitchen knife, but still stands out mainly because of the beautiful, cream-coloured handle. This gives the knife a luxurious touch.

 This eye-catching handle is connected to the blade with three traditional rivets, which is forged from a single piece of steel. Contrary to the Classic Series Knives the crop does not run all the way to the edge. This ensures a perfect balance and gives you a lot of extra conveniences when sharpening.

 Naturally, the knives from this Classic Ikon white series are really sharp. Each knife is sharpened using Wüsthof's PEtec technology with laser technique and precision until the ultimate edge is achieved.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
