This is precision on the highest level. Everything is of high quality and very well made. With this you will never need another system to sharpen a knive. You can add on to this system until you have everything you could possibly need to take your knives to a razor edge. The best I’ve ever seen. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who is seriously looking for precision when sharpening their knives.

Excellent piece of equipment achieves super sharp edges on a wide variety of knives. Shaving sharp edges can be achieved easily and consistently Once edge profile is set resharpening is quick and easy Cons: Takes up quite a lot of space and is not simple to set up and dismantle for storage Needs to be mounted on a heavy base to maintain stability during sharpening Therefore not very portable Beware! Easy to stab yourself if rushing - take your time and for safety wear a couple of butchers protective gloves Not cheap but good kit never is
