This **Victorinox SwissClassic vegetable knife set** is comprised of a tomato knife with an 11 cm blade and a peeler. 

Because of the serrated blade you can easily cut through the hard skin of a tomato without having to apply too much pressure. As such you won't damage the tomato. But you can, of course, carry out more small cutting tasks with a tomato knife. You can, for instance, use it to cut onions or use it as a sausage knife. Or use it at the breakfast table to cut small buns. Because of the round tip you can also use the knife to spread out butter. 

The practical peeler is compact and feels great in hand. The blade of the peeler is enhanced with micro-serrations, as such it retains its sharpness longer.

## Victorinox SwissClassic handle

The knives from the [SwissClassic collection](/en/ct/victorinox-swissclassic.htm) are enhanced with a handle made from polypropylene. This material is light-weight and provides you with enough grip. Because of the slight curve in the handle the knives also feel great in hand.

## Victorinox SwissClassic blade

The blade is made from stainless steel and razor-sharp. The combination of this type of steel and the material used for the handle ensure that this knife is dishwasher proof.
