The **Shizu Hamono 4-piece steak knife set** is a set of chic and versatile Japanese steak knives. Thanks to the razor-sharp blade, you effortlessly slice through steaks without tearing the meat, so the meat remains juicy. These knives come in a beautiful wooden storage box made from paulownia tomentosa wood.

## Shizu Hamono damascus steel

The katana-style blades are made of 33-layered stainless damascus steel with a core of stainless VG10 steel. This combination makes the knives razor-sharp, stainless and dazzlingly beautiful. This type of steel is easy to sharpen.

## Shizu Hamono handle

The rounded handle is made from pakka wood. This is a wood and resin composite that is wear and tear resistant. The dark colour and matt finish are a nice contrast to the polished blade. The knives are not dishwasher proof. Wash the knives by hand immediately after use and then dry them well. Keep the wood in optimal condition by regularly oiling the handles with a mineral oil.
