The Rough Ryder Doctors Knife is a cool, traditional pocket knife. The Doctor's Knife is, as the name already suggests, designed for doctors. The end of the handle is flat and square and was intended for crushing pills and other medicines. You open the knife with two hands and a slipjoint prevents unintentional closing, even though it won't completely lock the blade.
