**The Robert Herder turning knife red beech wood** fits perfectly in the famous mill knife collection from Robert Herder. The turning knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. Various other small cutting jobs are no problem for this beautiful turning knife. The blade made from pure stainless steel is hand-sharpened according to the principle of the traditional "Solinger Dünnschliff". This results in a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from red beech wood. This wood is seamlessly attached to the blade with four rivets.
