Attention, ça coupe !  c'est du Mora. manche un peu court et glissant - un peu de ponçage et/ou du ruban adhésif en toile fera l'affaire. Pour le prix rien à dire.
Son seul vrai concurrent est   un Opinel no 10, ou 11, ou un Ontario Old Hickory paring knife. L'étui est ...moche, mais efficace. Aiguisage hyper facile.

La lame est impeccable et le tranchant au rendez vous. Par contre je trouve le manche trop fin. Jai le même couteau que j'avais acheté il y a quelques années le manche est plus epais et donc tiens mieux en main
